You will need the following items to bring your number from AT&T:
- Your AT&T account number - this can be found on your bill or in your online account portal
- The address on the account
- Your port-out PIN, which you can get by following the steps below:
- With the AT&T app or via AT&T.com
- Log in → Transfer phone number → Request a new PIN
- Log in → Transfer phone number → Request a new PIN
- Dial *PORT(*7678) and follow the prompts to request your port-out PIN
- You'll need your Wireless account passcode to complete the request
