When I Go to Update My Transfer to 5.0 For a Second Line, I Only See an Option For Line One

  • Two 5.0 service lines
  • One service line ported, second one needs to be updated or submitted
  • Line 1 showing instead of line 2

Our online system will show only one service line when submitting a number transfer in this situation as the other line on the account has already gone through and doesn't need to be resubmitted.
