1Plans All lines have to be on the same plan level - no mix and match. Pricing is based on a monthly billing cycle, charged at the beginning of the billing cycle. All Plans require autopay and will charge the Customer’s method of payment monthly on the payment due date. All Plans have unlimited talk/text, voicemail, and Wi-Fi calling enabled. Add-on data may be purchased for a one-time fee and expires after 30 days after purchase if not used in full. Taxes and fees extra. Click here for information on applicable taxes and fees.
2Data usage and throttling: Members on Only What You Need receive 1GB of high-speed data per month. Once that data is used up, Members have no access to cellular data unless such Members purchase additional data or until the bill cycle resets. Members on Everything You Want receive 20GB of high-speed data. Once that data is used up, speeds are reduced to 512 kbps unless such Members purchase additional data or until the billing cycle resets. Members on Everywhere You Go receive 35GB of high-speed data. Once that data is used up, speeds are reduced to 512 kbps unless such Members purchase additional data or until the billing cycle resets. Additional data is $5 per GB plus taxes and fees. Data is not pooled or shared among lines. Add-on data/purchased data will be used first, then base plan data. On the Everywhere You Go plan, once all 35 GB of domestic high-speed data are consumed in a billing period, international data speeds are reduced to 512 kbps as well.
3Hotspot: Hotspot data usage pulls from the plan's data allotment. Once the Hotspot data cap is reached, Hotspot data usage will be disabled until the billing cycle resets or additional data is purchased.
4WiFi Calling: Device must be capable of WiFi calling, compatible with carrier WiFi calling, and this feature must be enabled in device settings.
5Domestic Roaming: Domestic roaming is offered as a convenience so You can gain access to networks when You are temporarily outside of our network. Roaming includes 50 minutes of voice and unlimited SMS messages. Data service not available while roaming domestically.
6International services: Members on Everything You Want and Everywhere You Go can send up to 10,000 outbound international texts and receive inbound international texts for free. Members on Only What You Need will incur a charge of 10 cents per outbound international text and can receive inbound international texts for free.
