Symptoms

  • Inbound callers receive the error message “The Number You Are Calling, INSERT NUMBER, Has Not Received a Response From the Service Provider”

Environment

Resolution

  1. Reset the cellular settings according to one of the following networks:
  2. For CDMA phones:
  3. For GSM phones:
  4. Reset the Network Settings
