Symptoms
- Busy signal from one or several phone numbers
Environment
- Samsung 3.0 phones
- Android 10 or higher
Resolution
- Ensure the Republic app isn't being disabled by the operating system
- Check this caller ID setting
- Clear the cache of the Phone app
- Confirm the phone number is not blocked by the spam filter by mistake:
- Turn off the spam filter to test temporarily
- If a subsequent test call is NOT met with a busy signal, open a help ticket and we can remove this number from our spam blocking list
- Make sure the specific caller is not set to route to voicemail
- Open a help ticket and we'll look into specific call examples should issues persist after steps 1-5
