Caller Gets Busy Signal Inbound to Samsung Phone Running Android 10 or Higher


  • Busy signal from one or several phone numbers



  1. Ensure the Republic app isn't being disabled by the operating system
  2. Check this caller ID setting
  3. Clear the cache of the Phone app
  4. Confirm the phone number is not blocked by the spam filter by mistake:
  5. Make sure the specific caller is not set to route to voicemail
  6. Open a help ticket and we'll look into specific call examples should issues persist after steps 1-5
