Why Do I Not Have the Option to "Extend My Phone"?

  • Extend Home
  • Account Portal

Answer

If the phone you're trying to extend is assigned to a user, the option for "Extend My Phone" will not appear in the account portal. The phone must be unassigned from the user in order to use it with the Extend Home.
