I Changed My Name But the Update Still Doesn't Match My Account

 

Symptoms

  • Account Owner name changed but previous Account Owner name is displayed
  • Order appears in name of previous account owner
  • Shipping label appears in name of previous account owner

Environment

  • Account portal

Resolution

  1. Change the Account Owner name to something different (ex. Jane Smith to Jane S)
  2. Save the change
  3. Change name back to desired name and save the change
