How to Enroll in Auto-Renewal for the Annual Payment Option

Objective

  • Enroll in auto-renewal for your annual payment

Environment

  • Annual payment option currently in effect and not set to auto-renew

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Under the phone you'd like to change the annual payment option for click I WANT TO...
  3. Click Manage My Plan
  4. Check the box for auto-renewal

Additional Notes

  • If you opt-in to auto-renewal, your annual payment option will automatically renew and you will be charged on your annual bill cycle date at the same plan and data level
  • You may opt-out and opt-in to auto-renewal at any time during the 12-month annual payment period
