How to Opt-Out of Auto-Renewal for the Annual Payment Option

Objective

  • Opt-out of your annual payment option auto-renewing within your account

Environment

  • Annual payment option currently in effect and set to auto-renew

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Under the phone you'd like to change the annual payment option for click I WANT TO...
  3. Click Manage My Plan
  4. Uncheck the box for auto-renewal

Additional Notes

  • If you opt-out of auto-renewal, your plan will convert to a monthly plan with your current data selection at the conclusion of your annual payment period
  • You may opt-out and opt-in to auto-renewal at any time during the 12-month annual payment period
