Resolution
Do not enter a phone number during registration for Target Circle. Only enter your email address. The phone number is optional and registration can be completed without it.
Cause
Republic Wireless numbers are considered VoIP (Voice Over Internet) numbers and not wireless numbers. Since our VoIP services use mainly WiFi to operate and not mobile towers, we are recognized by some companies or apps as landline or wireline instead of wireless. This isn't something that we're able to change.
