- Landline and/or other numbers with Wisconsin area code call Republic Wireless phones with a Wisconsin area code
Resolution
- Open a help ticket
- Ask to be attached to outage investigation 1820160
- If you or someone you know is the customer who owns the calling landline/phone, please open a ticket with your current carrier using any failed examples, as the calls are not reaching the Republic Wireless network
