Unable to Call the Republic Wireless Phone from a Home Phone with Extend Home

Symptoms

  • When calling their Republic Wireless phone from a home phone using Extend Home, the member is prompted to enter their voicemail passcode. 

Environment

Resolution

  1. Reset your WiFi Network
  2. Restart the Extend Home Adapter
