Why Do I Have to Complete All the Troubleshooting Steps?

Environment

Answer

There is a basic troubleshooting path we must follow for every issue presented. If available and accessible to the phone, every troubleshooting step provided must be completed and confirmed before moving on to the next available step for your issue. There could be many reasons why you're experiencing the specific issue, and completing all the required troubleshooting steps helps us to determine the cause and resolution to these issues. If we determine there's a malfunction with your phone, battery, or charger, you can not move onto replacement options if all troubleshooting steps are not completed.

Additional Notes

If you are still experiencing issues after completing all the troubleshooting steps and are still within your 1 year manufactures warranty, Republic Wireless will provide the next course of action.

If you are still experiencing issues after completing all the troubleshooting steps, or experiencing any unrelated issues and are not within your 1 year manufactures warranty, you will be referred to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
