Error "UI System Not Responding"

Symptoms

  • Error "UI system not responding"

Environment

  • Republic Wireless 3.0 phones

Resolution

  1. Reset app preferences
  2. Clear system cache
    • Clear Samsung system cache
  3. Enable Safe Mode
  4. Remove Google account
  5. Factory reset

Cause

This occurs when an update was corrupted or unsuccessfully patched.
