Resolution
- Confirm headphones are fully inserted
- Test a different pair of headphones
- Test current headphones in a different phone
- Remove any case/cover and test the headphones
- If using a Motorola phone, test the Audio Jack in the Device Help App
- Provide a photo of the headphone jack on the phone to Republic Help
