- Call History Not Viewable in Account Portal for Canceled Service Line
- Pop-up message in lower left "You do not have permission to access this resource."
- "Fetching CDR's" message displayed

- Service Line canceled within last 30 days
Resolution
- Open a Help Ticket and request to be attached to bug 1739479
Additional Notes
The bug only affects service lines canceled within the last 30 days. 30 days after cancellation call records are not intended to be viewable per the link below.
