  • Within the Warranty Period
    • 1 year for Battery-Powered Products,
    •  Lifetime for Non-Battery Powered Products (Limited Warranty)


  1. Download the Accessory's Proof of Purchase

  2. Navigate to the Ventev Product Warranty Page

  3. Fill out the Warranty Request form at the bottom of the page

  4. Attach the Proof of Purchase (from step 1)

  5. Click Submit

Additional Notes

  • The Support team from Ventev will reach out to you about your Warranty
  • Ventev products are not covered by any Republic Wireless Warranty
