  • Error: "The SIM card has locked. Please power cycle the device and if the problem persists contact customer service" when swapping a SIM card from one phone into another

Environment

Resolution

  1. Open a help ticket and request a new SIM card
  2. Include the IMEI of the phone you wish to activate along with your preferred shipping address

 

Additional Notes
