Can I Activate a New Service Line on the Annual Plan?

No, not initially. A service line must be active in order to switch to the annual plan. Thus, if you're adding a new service line, the initial month of service will be charged at the standard $15 per month + tax plus $5 per GB of data. When switching to the annual plan after the service line is active, the annual plan will then begin on the date of the next bill cycle.
