Procedure
From Your Republic Wireless Phone
Note: Before changing to the Annual Payment Option, please review the eligibility requirements and terms
- On your phone, tap
Republic from the app drawer
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Manage my plan
- If prompted to sign in, sign in with the account owner's email address and password
- Tap Switch to annual payment
- Tap the + or - buttons to increase or decrease the amount of data desired for the Annual Payment Option
- Tap REVIEW ORDER
- Tap CONFIRM PURCHASE
From Your Online Account Portal
Note: Before changing to the Annual Payment Option, please review the eligibility requirements and terms
- Sign-in to your online account portal
- Under the service line you'd like to change your plan for, click the Up Arrow next to I WANT TO...
- Click Manage My Plan
- Click Switch to annual payment
- Click the + or - buttons to increase or decrease the amount of data desired for the Annual Payment Option
- Click Review Order
- Review the order changes (including taxes) and click Confirm Purchase once ready
Additional Notes
- Only account owners can change a service line to the annual payment option
- The base plan and recurring data cannot be changed during the twelve-month period
- One-time data purchases can be added at anytime
- The annual payment option will be billed on the next bill cycle date
- The annual payment option will go into effect on your next bill cycle date
- The pending change to the annual payment option can be canceled by the Account Owner from the Account Portal until the bill cycle date
- Taxes and fees are charged based on 12 months of service
- The annual payment option is non-refundable if outside of the Money Back Guarantee
- If you switched to the annual payment option after 1:00 PM ET on March 16, 2020, it will automatically renew after 12 months unless you deselect this option in your account
- Note: The option to opt-out of auto-renewal is only available after the annual payment has gone into effect
