How to Switch to the Annual Payment Option

Objective

  • To assist members with switching to the Annual Payment Option

Environment

Procedure

From Your Republic Wireless Phone

Note: Before changing to the Annual Payment Option, please review the eligibility requirements and terms

  1. On your phone, tap Republic_Icon__New_.png Republic from the app drawer
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Manage my plan
  3. If prompted to sign in, sign in with the account owner's email address and password
  4. Tap Switch to annual payment
  5. Tap REVIEW ORDER
  6. Tap CONFIRM PURCHASE

From Your Online Account Portal

Note: Before changing to the Annual Payment Option, please review the eligibility requirements and terms

  1. Sign-in to your online account portal
  2. Under the service line you'd like to change your plan for, click the Up Arrow next to I WANT TO...
  3. Click Manage My Plan
  4. Click Switch to annual payment
  5. Click Review Order
  6. Review the order changes (including taxes) and click Confirm Purchase once ready

Additional Notes

  • Only account owners can change a service line to the annual payment option
  • The base plan and recurring data cannot be changed during the twelve-month period
  • One-time data purchases can be added at anytime
  • The Annual Payment Option will be billed on the next bill cycle date
  • The Annual Payment Option will go into effect on your next bill cycle date
  • The pending change to the Annual Payment Option can be canceled by the Account Owner from the Account Portal until the bill cycle date
  • Taxes and fees are charged based on 12 months of service
  • The Annual Payment Option is non-refundable if outside of the Money Back Guarantee
