Objective
- Disable the Google feed that is accessed by swiping right on the home screen
Environment
- Republic Wireless 1.0 and 2.0 Phones
- Google app
Procedure
- Clear the App Data for the Google App
- Do NOT open the Google app again (or it will trigger the feed)
Additional Notes
This step will not sign you out of Google, it only deletes the data for this specific app here. Once complete, you can press the Home button to go back to the Home Screen and then swipe over to the Google Now panel to check and make sure the Google Feed has been disabled.
