How to Change the Plan for a User on Your Account on a 2.0 Phone

Objective

  • To change the plan on Republic Refund (2.0) plan for a user

Environment

  • Republic Wireless 1.0 and 2.0 phones

Procedure

  1. Tap Apps
  2. Open the Republic Wireless App
  3. Tap Change Plan
  4. If you're prompted to sign in, sign in with the account owner's email address and password
  5. Tap where it says Announcement! We have new plans for you!
  6. Under Manage other service lines, tap the service line you'd like to make a plan change for
  7. Tap the plan you'd like to switch to
    • Note: Plan changes go into effect on your next bill cycle date
  8. Tap Confirm Plan Change when ready
