  • Unable to receive texts/short code messages from Wells Fargo's automated alert system



  1. As of August 5, 2020 this issue has been resolved. Please reattempt your request for Wells Fargo's automated alert system. If you encounter an issue, reach out to Wells Fargo for support.


This issue was due to Wells Fargo's policy regarding phone numbers considered as VoIP numbers. As Republic Wireless' numbers are considered VoIP, they were unable to receive texts from Wells Fargo prior to August 5, 2020.
