"Your Device Didn't Start up Successfully"

Symptoms

  • Phone not powering all the way up
  • "Start up failed" 
  • "Your device didn't start up successfully" 
  • "AP Fastboot Flash Mode"

Environment

Resolution

  1. Externally factory reset the phone
  2. If the issue continues, open a Help Ticket and confirm if the phone has been damaged, exposed to liquid, and if it's been rooted or modified
