Symptoms

  • No cellular signal after software update in areas where there was signal

  • CDMA network

Resolution

  1. Refresh the Republic Wireless Activation
  2. Reset Cellular Settings
  3. Update the Data Profile

 

Additional Notes

The above steps will reconnect the phone to Republic Wireless services and our CDMA cellular partner towers.
