- Put the street address portion first, under the Street Address part of the form
- Put the title information (i.e. C Co Ocs) in Apt/Suite
- Note: We recommend confirming an abbreviated address with a superior officer to help ensure that your package will arrive safely
Cause
The system has a maximum character input allowance and will not accept extra characters
