Objective
- To turn off the option for a contact to go straight to voicemail
Environment
- Republic Wireless 3.0 phones
- Android 8.0 Oreo and above
Procedure
- Open the Phone app
- Tap Contacts
- Tap the specific contact
- Tap the three vertical dots in upper right corner
- Tap Unroute to voicemail
Additional Notes
If you see "Route to voicemail" the setting is already turned off.
