How to View Call Records and Message History for a Canceled Service Line

Objective

  • To access and view the call and message history for a canceled service line

Environment

Procedure

  1. Open your Online Account Portal
  2. Click View canceled phones
  3. Click the green I WANT TO... option underneath the phone whose history you want to view
  4. Click View Calls & Messages

Additional Notes

  • Accessing call & message records for a canceled service line are only available within 30 days
  • The timestamps for the calls or messages will be in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
