Symptoms

  • Member is unable to use a coupon code due to an "Unknown Code" error

Environment

  • Republic Wireless Store

Resolution

  1. Use a computer to apply the code or access the link, not a phone
  2. Use Chrome or Firefox as these browsers work best with the Republic Wireless website
  3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies:
