Cannot Activate My Phone with New SIM Card

Symptoms

  • Phone will not activate
  • Phone stuck on activation page

Environment

Resolution

  1. Check Republic Wireless Service Status for any known outages 
  2. If Activations/Provisioning section is yellow or red, stop your activation process and retry when service is back online
  3. If the status page is showing that all systems are operational, Open a Help Ticket

Cause

Network or service issues will prevent new activations or reactivations
