Symptoms
- YouTube can't be opened
- Updates for YouTube won't install via the Play Store
- Error Code: 501 "YouTube" Can't be installed. Try again and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting

Resolution
A factory reset of the phone is the only known resolution for this error
