How to Find the Device Id of a Lost Phone That Is Deactivated


  • Find the device ID of a phone that's deactivated and not in hand



  1. Go to the Republic Wireless website
  2. Click Sign In at the top-right of the screen
  3. Log in using your Republic Wireless credentials
  4. Click the Account Tab at the top of the screen
  5. Click Orders, Payments, & Returns
  6. Locate an invoice that dated during the time the affected phone was activated
  7. Click on the Desired invoice
  8. The Device ID will be listed under the phone number previously associated with that phone
