Additional Notes

A minimal installation file for many apps, including the Republic App, is built into the Manufacturer's Android build of the phones listed as "not able to uninstall". To restore the Republic app to this minimal version, which will disable it and remove it from your app drawer, remove the Republic Wireless SIM card and factory reset the phone without restoring apps from a back-up.
