  1. Reinstall the SIM card
  2. Retry activation
  3. Open a Help ticket and request a new SIM card
    • Be sure to provide your shipping address

Additional Notes

If you have another SIM card, regardless of the provider, install this as a test to ensure that the SIM card reader is working.  This may not work to activate but will prove the issue is with the SIM card.
