Symptoms
- The screen is stuck on a login mode and asking for a password

- Did not set a password nor a fingerprint security to access the phone

Factory reset your phone

This process resets your phone to a cleared state - apps, internal memory, contacts, photos/videos, or other personal info will not be backed up or synced automatically
