  1. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  2. Work with them to see if any changes have recently occurred on the network of if there's a hardware issue with the router or modem

When only one WiFi network is experiencing WiFi calling issues, it normally indicates an issue with that network's settings or hardware (modem and router).
