User PIN Rejected When Transferring a Republic Wireless Phone Number

  1. Cancel transfer request, or it will be rejected again
  2. Have the user update their PIN, or un-assign the user and use the account owner PIN
  3. Resubmit the transfer request


Either there is no PIN set, or the PIN given to the carrier that the number is being transferred to doesn't match what is on record
