How to Clear an Individual App's Cache on Android 8.0 Oreo and above

Objective

Go to Settings
Tap Storage
Navigate to Other apps
NOTE: You may need to tap Internal Storage before this option is available!
Tap on the app for which you want to clear the cache
Tap on Clear Cache

Android 8.1 Oreo does not have an option to clear the system cache or the cache of all apps.
