No. We are unable to transfer your account balance, whether in positive or negative standing, to another members account. If you closed the account for any reason, the credit balance will be lost. If you have a remaining balance, the remaining balance will stay on the account until it is paid and members will not be able to reactivate their phones with Republic Wireless until the payment information is updated.
