Objective
- Un-assign (remove) a User from a deactivated account
Environment
- Deactivated (canceled) Republic Wireless account
- User Assignment
Procedure
Only the account owner can perform the following steps
- Open a Help Ticket
- Provide Republic Help with the contact's email address that needs to be removed
- Note: If the contact opened a Help ticket, reference their ticket number
