Symptoms
- "Incompatible SIM" message
- "Unfortunately, We're Unable to Activate This SIM Card. Please Contact Our Help Team." message
- Unable to initiate activation
Environment
- Republic Wireless 3.0 phones
- Activation attempted with previously used CDMA SIM card
Resolution
If the SIM card being used was active in your previous phone, you will need a new SIM card
- Provide the ICCID of the SIM card being used in a Help Ticket
- Open a Help Ticket if not currently working with Republic Help
- Provide the information from Step 1 in the ticket as well as a shipping address where a new card can be sent
Cause
