Environment

Resolution

If the SIM card being used was active in your previous phone, you will need a new SIM card

  1. Provide the ICCID of the SIM card being used in a Help Ticket
    • Open a Help Ticket if not currently working with Republic Help 
  2. Provide the information from Step 1 in the ticket as well as a shipping address where a new card can be sent

Cause
