Can't Call, Text, or Use Data with My Moto G3

Symptoms

  • Unable to call using cellular
  • Unable to text using cellular
  • Unable to use cellular data
  • Calling, texting and data work correctly with WiFi 

Environment

  • Moto G3

Resolution

  1. Refresh the Republic Wireless Activation
  2. Update the Data Profile on the phone
