  • Unable to call using cellular
  • Unable to text using cellular
  • Unable to use cellular data



  1. Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
  2. Refresh the Republic Wireless activation
  3. Power the phone off and back on
  4. For CDMA phones only:
  5. Reset the Network Settings
  6. Open a Help Ticket and provide 2-3 addresses where you see this issue
