Environment
Resolution
For: 1.0, 2.0 Phones, and 3.0 phones on 4.0 Plans
- Power the phone off and back on
- Reseat the SIM card
- Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
- How to Update the Republic Wireless Application
- Refresh the Republic Wireless activation
- For CDMA phones only:
- Reset the Network Settings
- Open a Help Ticket and provide 2-3 addresses where you see this issue
For 5.0 phones
- Power the phone off and back on
- Reseat the SIM card
- Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
- For 5.0 Phones make sure APN settings are set up
- Reset the Network Settings (You'll need to set up APN settings again)
