Can't Call, Text, or Use Data on Cell

Symptoms

  • Unable to call using cellular
  • Unable to text using cellular
  • Unable to use cellular data

Environment

Resolution

  1. Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
  2. Power the phone off and back on
  3. Refresh the Republic Wireless activation
  4. CDMA phones only: Update the phone's data profile
  5. Reset the Network Settings
  6. Open a Help Ticket and provide 2-3 addresses where you see this issue
