Can't Call, Text, or Use Data

Symptoms

  • Unable to call
  • Unable to text
  • Unable to use data

Environment

  • All Republic Wireless phones

Resolution

For: 1.0, 2.0 Phones, and 3.0 phones on 4.0 Plans

  1. Power the phone off and back on
  2. Reseat the SIM card
  3. Update the Republic Wireless Application
  4. Refresh the Republic Wireless Activation
  5. Reset the Network Settings

For 5.0 phones

  1. Power the phone off and back on
  2. Reseat the SIM card
  3. For 5.0 Phones make sure APN settings are set up
      1. Finish Setting Up Your Phone
  4. Reset the Network Settings (You'll need to set up APN settings again)
