Can't Call, Text, or Use Data

Symptoms

Environment

Resolution

For: 1.0, 2.0 Phones, and 3.0 phones on 4.0 Plans

  1. Power the phone off and back on
  2. Reseat the SIM card
  3. Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
  4. How to Update the Republic Wireless Application
  5. Refresh the Republic Wireless activation
  6. For CDMA phones only:
  7. Reset the Network Settings
  8. Open a Help Ticket and provide 2-3 addresses where you see this issue

For 5.0 phones

  1. Power the phone off and back on
  2. Reseat the SIM card
  3. Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
  4. For 5.0 Phones make sure APN settings are set up
      1. Finish Setting Up Your Phone
  5. Reset the Network Settings (You'll need to set up APN settings again)
