Can't Call, Text, or Use Data

Symptoms

  • Unable to call using cellular
  • Unable to text using cellular
  • Unable to use cellular data

Environment

Resolution

  1. Refresh the Republic Wireless Activation
  2. CDMA phones only: Update the Data Profile on the phone
  3. GSM phones only: Reset the Network Settings 
  4. Open a Help Ticket and provide 2-3 addresses where you see this issue
