- Not been able to connect to WiFi for more than 2 minutes
- Sites cannot "obtain an IP address"
- Motorola 3.0 phones
- Multiple WiFi networks
- Clear the system cache on the phone
- Note: this step will only work for Motorola 3.0 phones running Android 8.0 Oreo and below
- If the issue persists, or if you're running Android 8.1 Oreo, Reset Network Settings
