Didn't Receive Data After Purchase

Symptoms

Environment

  • Moto E4
  • Data recently purchased

Resolution

  1. Download the Latest Software Version on the Moto E4
  2. Refresh the Republic Wireless Activation

Cause

The phone's Android software is not updated to the current version, and the Republic Wireless activation needs to be refreshed to download the correct data allowance.

Additional Notes

You may need to update the Android software several times to bring the phone to the current version.
