Unable to Use MoviePass at Certain Theaters with WiFi Connection

The movie theater may have a WiFi network that appears to be "open," but requires additional sign-in credentials.  Without those credentials, the phone is connecting to WiFi without access to the Internet.  

Additional Notes

If the phone is connected to WiFi, cellular data is also disabled.  As such, the MoviePass application is unable to connect to data in this state as it has no access to the Internet via cellular (disabled) or WiFi (without an authenticated Internet connection)
