Why Can't I See a Confirmed Order on My Account?

  • Online order
  • Order confirmation email received
  • Order not listed on Republic Wireless account

Answer

All online orders have a 24-48 business hour processing time. Once orders are successfully processed, they will be billed and visible on the account.

Additional Notes

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. Any errors occurring with the processing of an order will also cause it to not be visible on the Republic Wireless account after the suggested processing time. If you suspect this may have happened, please Open a Help Ticket.
