What Can I Expect When Changing from 1.0/2.0 Plans to My Choice 4.0 Plans?

There are a few things to be aware of when transitioning from 1.0/2.0 plans to 4.0 plans

  • Since 3.0 phones are not compatible with 1.0/2.0 plans and vice versa, you'll be moving to a new My Choice (4.0) plan when activating your new phone

  • The pricing of the My Choice plans will be different from your current 1.0/2.0 plan

  • Moving to a My Choice plan may mean changing to our GSM network since not all 3.0 phones are compatible with the CDMA network that the 1.0/2.0 phones use

  • When moving from the 2.0 Republic Refund plans to the My Choice plans, keep in mind that the refund for unused data is not a feature that is included in the My Choice plans
  • If the change occurs mid-cycle, instead of being charged for a full month, there will be a pro-rated charge and a pro-rated refund of the remaining portion of your previous plan
